Privacy Policy

For a reservation, we collect your name, mobile phone number, selected service, appointment date and time, preferred language, and any optional notes you provide.

We also retain evidence of your Terms, privacy-notice, and transactional-SMS choices, including the applicable wording version and server timestamp.

Our hosting and analytics services may process ordinary technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, referring page, and interaction events.

We use reservation information to reserve a time, provide automotive service, contact you about that appointment, prevent duplicate bookings, secure the service, and meet legal obligations.

Online booking includes up to two transactional texts, sent in French: an immediate confirmation and, when timing permits, one reminder about 24 hours before the appointment, or about 2 hours before when the appointment is booked less than 24 hours in advance. Appointments booked less than 2 hours ahead receive only the confirmation. These texts are not used for marketing.

The required fields are needed for the online booking service. You can book without SMS by calling +1 438 680 4670.

Supabase hosts the authoritative reservation database; Vercel hosts the website and server functions; Twilio transmits SMS and reports delivery status; Google Calendar receives the customer name, phone number, email when available, selected service, appointment time, booking timestamp, and optional notes so the garage can manage the appointment.

Google advertising or analytics tools may process website-measurement data when enabled. We do not sell personal information.

Some providers may process information outside Quebec. RM PRO AUTO assesses the privacy factors and contractual safeguards before using such services.

Identifiable reservation records are normally anonymized 24 months after the appointment. A documented legal or warranty requirement may extend a record's retention date. Separate invoices and repair records follow their own legal retention schedules.

We use encrypted transport, server-only provider credentials, role-restricted administration, database access controls, audit-friendly consent records, and limited notification content. No security measure can eliminate every risk.

Reply STOP or ARRET to stop future SMS. Opting out cancels pending reminders but does not cancel your appointment. Call the garage to change or cancel a reservation.

Delivery status and provider identifiers are retained with the reservation so we can diagnose delivery failures and demonstrate that messages were handled correctly.

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to or correction of personal information, ask questions about its use or retention, withdraw consent where applicable, or make a privacy complaint.

We verify identity before responding to a request and will explain any lawful reason that prevents us from fulfilling it in full.

Material changes will be posted with a new effective date and, where required, an appropriate notice. The version accepted with a reservation remains recorded with that reservation during its retention period.
