Terms of Service

By selecting the required Terms checkbox and submitting an online reservation, you agree to these Terms. The Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled.

If you do not agree, do not submit the online form; contact RM PRO AUTO to discuss other booking options.

An online submission reserves the selected database time slot and is received as a pending appointment until staff confirms it. Availability may change until submission succeeds.

You must provide accurate contact and appointment information. Contact us promptly if any detail changes.

Please provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule when possible. Late arrival may require rescheduling.

Online booking requires a separate SMS choice. You agree to receive in French no more than two transactional messages for that reservation: one immediate confirmation and, when timing permits, one reminder about 24 hours before the appointment, or about 2 hours before when it is booked less than 24 hours in advance. An appointment booked less than 2 hours ahead receives only the confirmation.

Message and data rates may apply. These messages contain no marketing. Reply STOP or ARRET to stop future texts. Opting out does not cancel the appointment; call +1 438 680 4670 to change or cancel it.

To reserve without SMS, use the telephone booking option instead of the online form.

A reservation is not an estimate or authorization for repairs. Pricing shown online may change after inspection, and additional work requires customer approval.

Payment is due when service is completed unless RM PRO AUTO agrees otherwise. Parts, labour, taxes, and applicable fees may be charged separately.

Provide accurate vehicle and service information, remove valuables, maintain valid registration and insurance, and tell us about safety issues or relevant prior work.

RM PRO AUTO may refuse or postpone work where parts, equipment, information, safe conditions, or appropriate authorization are unavailable.

Applicable written warranty terms provided for the specific repair govern warranty claims. Manufacturer warranties may also apply.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under Quebec consumer-protection law.

Reservation information is processed according to the Privacy Policy. The version accepted at booking is recorded with the reservation.

We may update these Terms prospectively. Material revisions will receive a new effective date.
